The Charity Book Shop
Located in Wainwright’s Yard, the Kendal Lions Club’s charity book shop is a treasure trove for book lovers and a hub for community interaction. Open every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, the shop offers a wide range of donated books, jigsaw puzzles, and DVDs.
Adult books are priced at just £1, and children’s books at 50p, making it an affordable way to support a great cause.
