Directions to Kendal Torchlight Carnival and Parking
Kendal Torchlight Carnival is held on 13th September in the Cumbrian town of Kendal just six miles north of junction 36 on the M6.

- 1hr 50 mins from Leeds
- 2hrs from Newcastle-upon-Tyne
- 4hrs from London
- 2hrs 20mins from Glasgow
- 2hrs 40mins from Edinburgh

How to get to Kendal
From M6 junction 36 take the Kendal exit and stay on the dual carriageway for 5.5 miles, take the sliproad signed to South Kendal and enter the town.
On Torchlight night we will place signs that direct vistors to the out-of-town parking areas, however, we advise all visitors to arrive in town and park before 4.30pm.
